Poblacion – The Department of Agriculture – Agricultural Credit Policy Council (DA-ACPC) and the LANDBANK of the Philippines (LANDBANK) with coordination from the Office of the Municipal Agriculturist-Alabel releases Cash Cards under its Survival and Recovery Assistance Program (SURE Aid Program) for its ninety (90) approved farmer – beneficiaries on Friday, 31 January 2020 at Municipal Civic Gymnasium. The SURE Aid Program aims to assist the farmers whose incomes were affected by the drop in the farm gate price of their crops. Said program will provide a one-time loan assistance of P15, 000.00 to farmers who are farming one hectare and below at 0% interest rate payable for eight years.
