Mandate

The Office of the Secretary to the Sangguniang Bayan provides administrative support to the Sanggunian. The Secretary to the Sangguniang Bayan attends sessions of the Sanggunian and keeps a journal of its proceedings and affix the seal of the local government unit with her signature to all ordinances, resolutions and other official acts of the Sanggunian and present the same to the presiding officer for signature.

TO be an effective and responsive Legislative Secretariat providing comprehensive, efficient, environmentally responsible, ethical and citizen-friendly services to the Sangguniang Bayan and the general public and committed to sustaining a work culture of excellence, continuous learning team work, transparency and accountability.

To provide efficient and effective services to the Sangguniang Bayan and its Members in the performance of their mandate with integrity, competence, transparency, and accountability in the service of the Filipino people.
