Mandate

As mandated by the Local Government Code of 1991, the Sangguniang Bayan shall eneact ordinances, approve resolutions, appropriate funds for the general welfare of the municipality and its inhabitants. It has to devise strategies and plans necessary to fully implement and carry out plans of the executive branch.

Vision

A united, effective, efficient Sangguniang Bayan that is dedicated, God-fearing, responsible, productive and transparent in Legislation.

Mission

The Sangguniang Bayan of Alabel shall perform its ordained duties and functions, and to legislate in synergy with  the Municipal Sustainable Development Plans and Programs to attain participatory good governance, efficient delivery of basic services with transparency and accountability to the people.
