Mayor Vic Paul Salarda leads the turn-over of school subsidy to the Alabel National High School at the Mayor’s Office on November 05, 2019.

This LGU subsidy will be a great help to both learners and the school. The good mayor aims to improve the quality of education to all learners in the municipality as well as to ease the burden of educators. Mayor Salarda reiterates the main intention of this subsidy and cites his experiences as an educator before entering public service. He knew how hard the life of being a teacher and finds ways to help them. But based on the report, the collection is still rampant.

Mayor Salarda challenges school heads to use the subsidy to help improve the educational system in the municipality. While encourages parents to report the collection activities knowing that Alabel implemented the ZeroCollection Policy.

“IT TAKES A VILLAGE TO RAISE A CHILD”

With this dictum, the local government of Alabel is serious in the pursuit of FREE EDUCATION, especially in the basic education level. Through our LCE, Mayor Salarda, the LGU invested and allocated MILLIONS of pesos for the particular program.

A local policy was passed and being implemented now on “ZERO COLLECTION”.

This doesn’t mean of course that parents will have no more responsibility. Parents must ensure that their children are allowed and motivated to go to school and by supporting them of their “BAON, PAMASAHE” and other personal needs of their children.

The government is more than willing to support but please parents DO YOUR SHARE, HELP your children to succeed in their education. (ALABEL INFORMATION OFFICE)
