Pag-asa – The Commission on Elections (Comelec) – Alabel headed by Maria Concepcion De Peralta has intensified its information drive for the upcoming Plebiscite to ratify the creation of Barangay New Canaan into a regular and distinct barangay in the Municipality of Alabel.
